PPM users *currently* need to copy and paste in their Finalisation link for the client (generated by the inbuilt utility). It’s in the pipeline for the Finalisation link use a standard placeholder instead - So you won’t need to copy and paste it here.
You may or may not have an equivalent finalisation/confirmation form link that you would copy and paste in here. If not, an alternative would be to paste all the details of the event at the end of this email, and request that your client replies to the email as their confirmation.

Did you know you can have this email sent out *automatically*! Go to your Settings > Business Processes > Automation to turn this great feature on. Once this feature is turned on, your email will be sent automatically as soon as you set a “Deposit Paid Date” for this booking!
